I ate at an AVERAGE restaurant with pleasant staff. The location was good: a bakery and a supermarket were within walking distance. I had quick lunch at Terrasse Ouchy, located very close to the hotel.

The hotel is good old, it has very very helpful staff during the evening and night shift. Very close to a ferry port, overall I enjoyed the location, it's good. There's Terrasse Ouchy offering takeout just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. The indoor restaurant serves tasty food. This is a venue go-to for Lausanne

The location was incredible, so close to metro stop, the mountains of the southerly French lakeside, and the Central station. Tried some nice meals at Coffee & Co, located few metres away from the hotel.

Staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally kind!
Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, tasty food, stunningly beautiful views. Reasonably large room and the bed was very comfy. Having a bath and a shower was a bonus. The hotel had a central location and it was right at Place de la Navigation. There was a good restaurant, a local bakery and a bakery next door.

Great lake view, close to museums and metro station. Helpful and friendly staff. Limited breakfast but acceptable. Furniture outdated but room has necessary amenities. Suite offers air conditioning.

Very good position of the hotel and the view to the lake was wonderful. The staff very kind and available even it was busy; I forgot something important there and the staff declare his availability to send it to me, free.
The hotel has not his own parking; for this reason the cost of accomodation increase depending of the days you need to stay there.

The location was excellent and stunning for traveling around Lausanne, really close to Migro's good bakery, Lausanne which is one of the most beautiful must- visit place in the world and supermarket. It also was right at the port.

Thanks very much for the stay in this place - would definitely book again. The location is prime and best possible, 1 km from The Olympic Museum. It is in a very very nice area. The indoor restaurant in the hotel is wonderful, has savoury dishes.

It is well located, it is just on the lake and near a metro which bring you to the center in a few minutes. The price is reasonable. The staff is very kind.
The quality of rooms is lower than what the pictures show, I expected I superior level. The hotel interiors needs to be renovated.
